Highly skilled massage therapy specialist with five years of experience in providing therapeutic massage treatments to clients. Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, prenatal, oncology, lymphatic, and hot stone massage. Strong knowledge of the anatomy and physiology, allowing for effective assessment and treatment of client specific needs.

My interest and stretching began when I worked with a client experiencing frozen shoulder, wanting to better support her recovering, I research ways to improve her mobility and discovered the benefits of assisted stretching. This led me to pursue further education in stretching techniques, where I learned how stretch stretching, and massage work together to help clients restore the range of motion.
