They assigned us to a project manager who we write each time we need something changed. Her name is Kayla and no matter what time or day i email her, she is super responsive and just all-around wonderful!.

If you are a salon owner I want you to know that Salon Cloud Plus is a great tool for your salon. It helps the clients and the team it's a great tool. I sent out a 911 HELP call to them our computer went down and need a new internal drive it took 2 days to get. Well panic set in because we could not get into millennium salon appointment book. The team had their appointments on the app. I reached out to customer service saying I was in Aruba on vacation could the help. They were in touch with our front desk in minutes and was able to give them all the information the reservationist needed to keep us up and running for the 2 days. So grateful for customer service and the Salon Cloud App. True professionals it is great to know you have support. Thank YOU!!!!!!!
