Metropolis partnered with Green Circle Salons, a recycling company with eco-initiatives geared toward reducing the carbon footprint of each salon. Metropolis is proud to be the first salon in New Jersey to bear the Green Circle Salons seal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of service fee.

*Should you arrive late to your appointment, your service will be modified to maximize your remaining service time without compromising the next appointment.

**For salon appointments we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your reserved time.

**For spa appointments we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time.
