Please arrive on time to your appointment, we understand things happen but due to the high demand of time, 15 minutes or more of tardiness will result in a forfeit of appointment and a cancellation fee. Your time is valuable, as is ours; and we understand things may come up, but when cancelling, any appointment cancelled under 24 hours or no show will result in a 30% percent charge of services you were booked for. Hair color and other chemical appointments cannot be guaranteed if professional products are not purchased directly from HeadMasters Staff members. In many industries, including the beauty industry, there is diversion. Diversion occurs when a product is made counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise not real and illegally sold to stores, pharmacies, online and more. I urge you to google "beauty diversion" to learn more.
