I have been a client of this salon for quite sometime. Nate and Jolanta are the very best of their profession and are extremely helpful.. I have noticed that the reception desk is not as friendly nor do they answer the phones when trying to make an appointment. I have left messages for a return call and have yet to receive one. I always need to call back, sometimes more that 3 times. There are new employees and they are not has diligent or helpful as the employees that are no longer there.

Danielle is a great colorist. Did a wonderful job today. Patricia is the best washer I've had there. The sinks off the color room are awful. Extremely uncomfortable seats and sinks - really very surprising for such a high end salon to have such poor equipment, particularly when the sinks in the hair cutting room are so extremely comfortable.

Once again Warren Tricomi was such a pleasure to visit and kind enough to accommodate a late appointment request (again!) Danielle is a color genius especially when dealing with my desire for blond and Lisa’s cut and blow dry left me feeling and looking great. They always transform my locks into a head of fresh vibrant color and sharp and modern cut. Highly recommend trying the salon if you haven’t already - all of the team from reception to Geraldo’s washing technique and all other staff are friendly polite and great fun technique... this place is fantastic. Full VIP treatment.
