Been going to this location for 5 years now and will ONLY let Brenda take care of my hair. Staff is always awesome to deal with and I’ve never had to wait for any appointments. I would literally go out of my way to keep Brenda as my stylist regardless of which salon she is located, although I do hope she stays downtown for the foreseeable future! To the salon manager, PLEASE give Brenda the accommodation and recognition she has without a doubt earned!! I’m honored to take the time to submit this review and it takes nothing short of top notch service for me to even write a review on anything!

I had an appointment with Anni last week (1/4/18) and she is PHENOMENAL! My nails still look amazing a week later, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their nails done!

I want to recommend Goulds downtown location! If you have not been there you are truly missing out! From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave, you will be treated with first class service. The front desk staff... Amazing! My stylist Ariana was great! Attention to detail is an understatement ! Love my new haircut! Love Gould's downtown !!

This was the best haircut experience I've ever had. I am glad that there is now a place I can go to get an excellent men's haircut that is in a convenient location and at a great price. It was very clear that Carolyne took great pride in her work and wasn't just trying to get me in and out of the building. I will be a regular customer from now on and recommend Carolyne and Gould's to friends and family.
