I really enjoyed my 90 minute Signature Massage with Nathan. He asked me what areas I wanted to concentrate on and he delivered. The atmosphere was relaxing and the spa was clean and quite. I felt very relaxed when I left and I slept very well that night. I booked another service with Nathan for next month. I give my spa experience a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Natural Body.

I was experiencing lower back pain. Immediately after the massage I had some relief, but the next day the pain was gone. It was not only relaxing, but therapeutic.

Just had the best 90 minute massage ever. Megan Potrin took time to understand my problem areas and worked them. I left with improved mobility while still achieving relaxation. I will be booking another session with her very soon.

The first thing you encounter is an inviting atmosphere when you walk in the front door. I received a pomegranate scrub prior to my massage which cleansed and softened my skin immensely. My massage was relaxing and therapeutic from head to toe. I then received an amazing facial to include a neck and shoulder massage. Will definitely return for another spa day soon!

I had a pedicure with Dominique. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. The foot and leg message was so nice. The atmosphere is very calming and the warm neck pillow and eye mask made it perfect to take your mind off everything. Comfortable chairs laying back makes a big difference compared to the massage chairs you normally get. I’ve never had a bad pedi or mani here. BIG difference from other places. Worth the extra couple of dollars.

The service was great but my nail polish began chipping and came off within 2 days of my manicure. I had a French manicure which costs more but not lasting even 2 full days is unacceptable.

I've had a better experience in the past. I asked the message therapist to go a little harder. She didn't really go any deeper. I didn't want to complain. She wasn't bad.

Body scrub and massage was just what I needed after a day of painting. Spa environment is very relaxing and the service was excellent.

My massage was amazing! 60 min of bliss. And all the staff I encountered were friendly & professional. The spa could improve on ambiance. While in the "quiet" waiting area, you can hear two different types of music, office work, and employees talking and laughing. The cutout to the nail bar is really just another way for sound to enter the room. Having the water feature on would help. The door (in waiting room) to the nail bar was used by employees as a cut through while I was there. Not very relaxing. Improve these things & it would be perfect!

I had a great massage when I went in last-minute for some help with back pain. The masseur, Kenyata, was very considerate with pressure and stretching the sore muscles and tendons and I left feeling so much improved. I greatly appreciate being fit in with little notice and the excellent quality and professionalism I always receive here.

Kenyata is an expert at finding the tightness and working on it, and the environment is the most relaxing I can imagine. Ahhhhh....

My therapist did and excellent job and will certainly use her again. One thing as a whole the spa needs to do is promote more of a relaxing environment and be quieter and make less noise in talking and moving things around, coming and going in and out of the room as well as bumping into the table.

Hello, I have been coming to Natural Body for years but this is the first time I have had the pleasure of having Amber. Absolutely the best massage I have ever had at any Spa. She is so pleasant and has incredible knowledge of how to achieve ultimate relaxation and yet provide incredible physical therapy to problem areas. I am a regular customer and avid supporter of Natural Body, I wish there were more than one Amber!!!!

This was my third togetherness massage with my husband. I love extra attention on my feet and I received just that. I give the entire experience 5 stars but because I'm on my feet a lot at work I needed this.

My therapist was amazing and as usual the customer service out front was flawless. I visit this location frequently and am never disappointed! The only let down was that they were playing Pandora pop music in the therapy rooms. Not relaxing at all. I asked if it could be changed to spa music and was told that was not possible because it was controlled by corporate. I thought that was really strange. Other than that, my experience was fantastic!

Tech was too rough. Did not allow wax to set b4 placing strip and she did not apply fingers to prevent stinging of skin after stripping off wax.

Kim does a great job and I appreciate her efforts.

What I love most about having a manicure at Natural Body is that it feels like an individual, private experience - not like I'm in an assembly line. I had also selected the hand and foot massage, with paraffin, which was new. The whole experience was relaxing and indulgent, and I walked away feeling refreshed. I had the Signature massage for 1 hour and the whole experience was great, from the greeting to the hot tea, the questions about where I needed work, and the actual massage itself. Highly recommended! Even the shop's fragrance and quiet allows for additional blissful minutes afterwards to peruse the lovely products before going back out into the world.

It took about 15 minutes to actually check out and they had a special going for 15% off that they asked me if I wanted when I made the appointment but they tried to not give it to me at check out. She was pleasant, knowledgable and the neck massage she gave toward the end of my facial was wonderful. Overall, the staff and the atmosphere in the spa is always inviting and professional. The entire process was perfect from booking the appointment with friendly and knowledgeable staff, receiving the best full body massage I've ever had from a skillful technician, to sipping warm ginger tea before checking out. I thought a 60 minute massage was a must until today....it's 90 minutes at a time for me from here on out. My muscles are relaxed and I feel great.

We had a couples massage. We were sent back immediately as we were scheduled. The environment was so relaxing and tranquil. My husband got a deep tissue massage and I got an ultimate relaxing massage. The funny thing is that it put us both to sleep at the end. We didn't realize how bad we needed this awesome service. Both of the professionals were gracious, patient, gentle and good at what they do. To wrap it all up, we didn't want to leave.

Yesterday was the best day ever! I had my first facial and my other services was amazing as always. This company is blessed to have Liliana in this spa. She goes well over and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable and does an outstanding job. Her loyalty to this profession is rare. It is well worth the 1 hour drive. Casey gave the best massage I have ever had...I was blown away by her experience and she even worked on some scar tissue. It is noticeably improved this morning with reduced swelling. I have been disappointed in my massages they Natural Body ever since Karen left but I was desperate for a local massage and not driving all the way to Chateau Elan. Very pleasant surprise with Casey! I will most definitely be back to see her!!!!

The staff were very pleasant both on the phone and in person, however I don't think I will be returning for another massage. I was charged $100 for an hour massage, did not get the full hour ( 53 minutes) and the massage was not very therapeutic for my muscles. It was much too light. Natural body does not resolve client complaints very well in my experience so I will probably not be returning.My massage therapist left me laying on the table for 8 minutes once I got undressed to start the massage. I'm not sure what she was doing, but that is much too long to keep your client waiting.Also, the massage was mich too light and superficial. I asked for a firm pressure Swedish massage on my back neck and shoulders but did not want an actual deep tissue massage due to concern about triggering a recent bulging disc injury. The pressure was so light that it was almost annoying. My massage therapist did check in w me about the pressure twice and I asked for firmer pressure both times however she only adjusted it slightly and at the end of the massage I did not feel like anything got accomplished. We chatted during the massage and she was very pleasant which made it more uncomfortable for me to complain about the pressure somehow. She did not seem to know how to use her body weight to lean in and engage the muscle tissue. I've had good massages at Natural Body before w good pressure during a Swedish appointment and deeep tissue. It seems to be hit or miss. The front desk is I'll equipped to help you determine who will give you the right pressure or to remedy afterwards if you are not satisfied. Management seems distrustful of clients who complain. It's too bad. It's s beauriful place.

This massage was great! I just got the signature massage meant to help you relax. It was great. I had never been here before, but I loved that they put a neck pillow and eye pillow on you whenever you face the ceiling. No other massage place has done that and it really made a difference!

I have had consistently poor experiences at natural body web gin. I have had one good massage out of 5 visits and a terrible facial where the girl told me I didn't need one and did 0 extractions even when I asked her to and had paid for an hour facial that included them. Worse than the services was the customer service. Most recently I went in to use the rest of my gift card to buy shampoo as I did not want to get any more services there. My giftcards didn't work. It took forever to simply buy shampoo, and the manager came out and very smugly told me that I had already used the gift card as though I was trying to steal. I told her I know, and that the receipt stapled to it showed there was a $10 balance and that was what I was trying to use. I will not be returning.

I took my daughter for a luxurious nail experience at your salon just before her wedding. I was so very disappointed! For the amount of money we spent I was expecting a much more. My local salon provides a much more relaxing, detailed experience for half the price. Maybe your other services are better.

Reception seemed to be lost/distracted, but the experience once I got checked in was wonderful. My massage therapist (Leigh) was talented, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be back.

I went to Natural Body because I had some old gift cards that were given to me. I was disappointed that one of the gift cards was not good any longer because after a certain period of time $2 is taken off the value each month. So, although my pedicure experience was fine, I think the gift cards should be good for many years as most other gift cards are.

I love the pedicure experience and the outstanding service by technician, Allanyia. I also love the choice of relaxing music played in the spa. The only drawback is the space where the service takes place. It's not quiet and private but rather out in a large room with other clients. I would love to have this service in a quiet space away from the noise of conversation around me.

First, the atmosphere was lovely - soothing fragrances in the air, nice music, comfortable seats. Then there was the massage - I had chosen the hand/feet massage. I was worried about the foot massage - my feet are ticklish - but I never had a problem or jarring moment. When she was done, I didn't want to put my shoes back on, my feet felt so amazing. My hand felt relaxed and supple. A day later, they still feel amazing. I am planning to return for a full massage

When I arrived i was put in a waiting room. I wasnt offered your delicious citrus water, when I went to serve myself, the glass container was empty.. also we had a cohples massage. My spouse hadnt been there before, yet he was never asked to fill out any info. Also, we ran out of time... we where there for 3 hrs for a 60min massage and a pedicure.... Had to reschedule the manicure for another time...

Best massage ever!

I was disappointed with my massage therapist services. Some basic and standard massage 101 was simply not followed. I had to ask for an eye mask, additionally a facial tissue was not placed on my eye before placing the eye-mask (mask has a peppermint fume) so my eyes were running after the mask was removed. Massage therapist did “one directional” rubs. I honestly left feeling uptight, I was so disappointed. This was my Christmas present from husband and kids. Please know that I have been going to Natural Body Spa for 9 years and this is my first ever complaint.

The overall experience was very good. My massage was good although I had requested that my upper shoulders and upper back be the main targeted area for the massage. She did spend a lot of time on my upper shoulders and back but also gave a full body massage. I have asked this in the past and had it totally concentrated on my neck upper back and shoulders which is what I was looking for but overall I did good a good massage

I chose natural body because of the non-toxic ingredients in your products used. I will say, I have had many facials and I was a bit disappointed. First, I was expecting steam on my face and I never got anything on my face until the extraction time came, which left me feeling a bit cold. The water that she was using was not as warm as it could have been. When she put it on my face it became quite cold pretty fast. The massage was okay and she was really gentle, but almost too gentle. I was relaxed but I have just had better facials all-around!! I will probably try natural body again, but just a different location!!!

I was booked for a pain massage. I was having tremendous pain in my right shoulder, however, the pressure was very light and there was not a focus on my shoulder that much. I enjoyed the massage, I just did not feel like it was a "pin massage" like I asked for.

I had a 1 hour Therapeutic massage with Mack and I must say he's probably the best masseuse at the Webb Gin location. Mack is a physical therapist and it shows in his manipulation and technique. I highly recommended Mack. I really like visiting the Natural Body Webb Gin it very comfortable and relaxing, we've been many times in the past and I plan on continuing.

A very small SPA with friendly staff. The price for the service was too high!!!After the treatment you are expected to leave, yet the pricing of services is similar to that of upscale SPAs, where you can use the showers, swim and take free classes the pool, have unlimited access to sauna and stay all day. This place doesn't offer any of that!!I would expect this place to lower its prices, or they need to provide showers, sauna, all-day spa experience to justify their pricing.

The "Hot" stones weren't hot. My hubby's were cold too. The massage itself was only ok... Def not to the level it was in the past.

It was underwhelming. The lady doing my facial kept coughing, I wasn't advised about what products would be best for me.... Just underwhelming overall.

My service was the OPI pedicure. I absolutely love Dare and the entire experience.

My daughter and I live in NJ and on a recent trip to visit my brother and his family we decided ,on the spur of the moment to try and get a massage. We could not have been luckier in choosing to call Natural Body Webb Gin. They were very accomodating and flexible and we both had fabulous massages.

My pedicure was extremely relaxing. I have plantar fasciiitis, but the massage was gentle, but effective. Oh I also recommend the parrifin wax for your hands during.

It was my first visit. I received great service, and everyone was so pleasant. I will return!

My hot stone massage was great - very relaxing and the masseuse checked multiple times on temperature to make sure I was comfortable. Bliss. Would recommend 60 over 90 minutes though - after a while, the heat seems to build up until your whole body is just too hot.The facial was wonderful, soothing, and skin looked very bright and healthy afterwards. Unfortunately, the lip wax I added on made my upper lip area break out with tiny acne the following day and throughout the week that followed, only on my face where the wax was done. I guess I can't tolerate it or something just didn't jive with my skin. :( Back to chemicals for that.

I just love the pedicure process as it's so much more than that. My technician is wonderful. I do wish there was a more private area for the service, though, as it's in such a public area where clients are coming and going. It's hard to relax and enjoy the spa music with so much going on.

The service here was excellent. From the time my friend and I stepped in the door. The receptionists (there were 2 of them) were warm and friendly. One of them seated us in the waiting area and offered ginger tea. It was a relaxing environment. The facility itself is beautiful, well maintained and clean. We are planning on being regulars here to try the other services. Megan provided my waxing service and she did an excellent job. As I said no complaints what so ever. I cant wait to come back.

My massage was so great that apparently I has a kidney stone that was causing my lower back pain. I guess the massage moved it into position for me to pass it. So right after I left your facility, I had to spend the next 8 hours in the E.R. in excruciating pain :( But the massage itself was wonderful!!!

Meagan is a wonderful aesthetician! A bikini wax can be a painful process, but Meagan's soothing voice along with her soft touch makes it better. She is the best, and the only one that I will let do my wax. The spa itself is very nice, with the expected new age ambience and delicious ginger tea in the waiting room. I do plan to try some of the other services.

awesome waxing experience

I went on a Sunday afternoon with my daughter. For me, it was so noisy that I just started laughing in the middle of the massage. I heard people talking in the hallway, opening trash bags, and doing something in what sounded like a dumpster. It was ridiculous. The sweet therapist Samantha was very good at what she did.My daughter's therapist ended 15 minutes early, then came back into her room and gave her another 15 minutes of some kind of neck- and head- pinching torture. They need to put up fabric wallpaper in the hallways to help block the sound in the rooms. They need to make sure the therapists know how long the massage is supposed to be. Maybe the manager/owner should try to get a massage and see how it feels.

I enjoyed my service very much. I especially enjoy the foot and leg massage I receive. I have noticed, however, that the last three pedicures have not held up as well. I am curious about the quality of your base and top coats, however, and am wondering if they are, indeed, OPI brand. The bottles are unlabeled and are not in the shape of OPI bottles. If the pedicures continue to chip after a week as they have been, I think I will have to go elsewhere.

The Pedi was awesome. The ladies need to be more mindful when cleaning the tools . Our ears are right there & the clanging of the tools & the noise of the sterilization pouches is a distraction from the serene atmosphere. I found the noise annoying & thank goodness it was only a few minutes.

The environment was BLISSFUL and the massage therapist was fabulous. I got the pregnancy massage (at 23 weeks), and it was just the pampering that every expectant mother should have. In my birthing classes I am supposed to visualize a calm and happy place, and now I will be picturing their massage rooms as my calm and happy place! I recommend them to anyone who needs a blissful spa day!

Both my husband and I remarked afterward, that it was just "ok". I have been to Patrick's of Atlanta (by far- the best) and Spa Sydell. The atmosphere was small and dark - not in a good "ambiance" sort of way. No cucumber water - only paper cups. Massage was terribly mundane and did not feel refreshed or relaxed afterwards. We received Couples Massage as a gift for Christmas, and will tell the kids to purchase one next time at the other salons.

Both of our Massage therapists were very nice people. But both my wife and I left with odd ache's and pains. We're both regulars of Massage Envy so we get massages often. My wifes sciatica was flaring fierce afterwards and my ankle/back/heal area are in pain today. Not the normal soreness from having tissues deeply massaged, etc... we came here b/c it was a gift and were expecting a lot more for the price paid for the gift.

I really enjoyed the experience. It was relaxing and I felt that my therapist did everything to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The staff was also very friendly!

Had a joint massage with my hubby to celebrate our fifth anniversary. My massage was great. My husband however, didn't get a good massage. He's had massages there before with Samantha who did an excellent job. Felt the massage last night really fell short. Recommend getting Samantha as she is excellent at noting where there's tightness or muscle pain and she uses the right amount of pressure to work it out. She also does a eucalyptus aroma therapy which makes the massage so much more healing. Will only go to her in the future

Very nice! I don't get to do this very often, but I've always enjoyed the relaxing, QUIET atmosphere provided.

I went in for a microdermabrasion/microcurrent. The ladies were pleasant but I get really tired of estheticians planting negative thoughts in my head about my daily skin care or let's just say, daily habits like "hmmmm, what face lotion are you using", I tell her and she replies with "hmmm, have you ever tried ours? because your face is dry" or "you might try increasing your water intake, that will help". Those comments might be warranted if, indeed my face was dry, however, I drink a gallon of water a day and I use Jurlique facial moisturizing lotion. When the esthetician hears my reply, there is no more sales pitch. These ladies should try giving an honest assessment, if at all possible. I think they are trained to plant doubt and negativity in the customers mind so they can sell more product. Frankly, it wears me down because I can evaluate what I need and why I came in. I could use some positive feedback with possibly some areas for improvement but don't come at me with "doubt planting thoughts" and expect me to leave feeling good about the money I spent for the services I received.

As a commuter working in DC and living in the metro Atlanta area, time is not always on my side. However, I can always count on Natural Body at Webb Gin to squeeze me in whenever possible.I have MS and sometimes I need to be massaged and stretched, which the magical hands of Kenyatta always seem to do the trick.I might not be able to come in every week or even every month, but when I do...Kenyatta is there to help relax me in the times I need it the most.Thanks Kenyatta for all you do!

I like the girl who did my message but I honestly did not enjoy my message at all. I went in for. 90 min pain relive massage but she barely did anything or atten to the specific area. My experience at this spa was a combination birthday and anniversary present from my husband and a surprise for me He thought he had arranged to have massages and manipedis for me and my sister, but when we got there, no one seemed to know what was lined up for us. He had made the arrangements through one of the people who answered the phone. She said that the spa was pretty booked up but did not think there would be any problem getting all the services he thought he had ordered. At any rate, we ended up with only massages, which were great. It just seemed that the front desk didn't communicate with the staff very well. Our mistake is that my husband didn't come in with us to verify what he requested, and my sister and I didn't know what the surprise was supposed to include.

It was just what I needed! Great as always. However, the room I was in had no music - that is part of the ambiance.

My experience was very relaxing and I was pleased. However, a friend had purchased a gift card for me as a present and when I attempted to use it, $6 had been taken away from the balance. I was told that this was due to not redeeming it within a year of purchase. I think this is crazy and a way for them to make additional money. For this reason, I am not a fan.

I had my first mani-pedi at Natural Body. The staff was very professional and the total experience was very relaxing. My nails looked and felt great afterwards.

When I called to make an appointment, the young lady must have been new. She was very confused and confusing. I had asked for after 3:00, then when I was hanging up I said 3:30, right? She said no, 3:00. Anyway, it all worked out. The massage was nice, but she had a heating pad that heated up the whole table. I did not like laying down on a hot bed. The manicure and pedicure were done by two different people. That was different. Overall, it was okay. I don't go anywhere else except ya'll. I wouldn't have a manicure or pedicure done anywhere else. So when I go, it is special to me.

the only thing I was concerned about was my appointment started about 5 minutes late, then even though I was ready for my message it took the masseuse a while to come back in to get started so it took about 10 minutes off the massage time. Other than that, everything was fantastic! Everyone is always so polite and I was even offered 2 roses for my 2 guests.

The massages usually are very good. I always get a deep tissue massage because I really need a therapeutic massage, not just a relaxing treat. That being said, the prices are very high. I would go more often if they were lower. I have a feeling that the therapists are not paid exorbitant amounts, but that the money is going to management.

My massage was EXCELLENT! After my massage, I felt like a relaxed ball of goo! Elizabeth couldn't have been more wonderful. However, the young woman proving my facial, while personable and pleasant, didn't provide a wonderful facial experience. While I was wonderfully relaxed and my face was nice and warm, she applied an extremely cool substance to my face - with no warning whatsoever. Also, with the exception of the rose most, I have no idea what was applied to my face. None. This was probably the lease professional facial I've ever received and I've received a lot of facials. I believe in providing honest feedback, as you can't fix it if you're not aware that there's an opportunity.

I received a facial as a gift from my boyfriend. I had Alba who was serving, and she did a fabulous job! There was some miscommunication on my part and they were so accommodating to it, that it caused my session to be 2 hours and they happily served me without complaints or me feeling like they were upset. Thy were all wonderful to work with and I will definitely return!

My mom and I went in for a Togetherness Massage and it was amazing! The environment was very relaxing and the products that were used during our massages were available in their shop along side a wide array of other products. My mom enjoyed herself so much that she's planning on taking my dad and I'll definitely be going back as well.

I will never go back to Karen again... Very uncomfortable massage... I felt like I was being tickled instead of massaging, and I get massages all the time, however this was the first time with her. Never once did she ask me if the pressure was ok, then started assuaging me in my hair... Which was weird to me because of out of all my massages that I have ever gotten they never massage in my hair without asking first... She came and got me late and ended my 60m massage right at 1:30... Not considering she came and got me 8 minutes later... However I did not say anything because I was ready for it to end.

I went for a massage for V-Day. Aside from the non-stop taking it was good. I can't say that I left feeling relaxed since I had to maintain a conversation. However, the conversation was good and the massage therapist was really nice, I would have preferred to concentrate on the massage and relaxing. I would request no talking before going back in.

This was my first time at a spa and it was gifted to me by my husband for Valentine's Day. I enjoyed the Heated Stone Body Massage; Samantha was amazing. The ambiance was so relaxing and the refreshments in the waiting area were a pleasant surprise.

I was scheduled for a massage for 12:45 on Valentine's Day. I was unable to make my appointment because I knew nothing about the appointment until I got a text alert from you all notifying me of the services. It turns out that my boyfriend was trying to surprise me. When I called and told the representative that I could not make it at that time, I was told that $35.00 would be removed for the gift card because I didn't give 24 hours notice of the cancellation. Well, how could I when I didn't even know about the appointment to begin with???? I was a Valentine's Day surprise.I've visited Natural Body Spa several times and have always loved it there but this experience has completely turned me off from wanting to come there. I understand that there are policies in place but there should be exceptions to the rules in certain cases. I will use the gift card but going forward I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Everything was WONDERFUL for my Valentine's Day weekend. They all were extra nice and my husband and I even got a nice little treat bag with chocolates and lotion. I had a bad experience at Brookhaven so I will return to Webgin! I love it!

I found out about Natural Body while at a salon and went to go support since I had been eyeing the business anyway. Relaxing environment, nice people, but my polish began to chip the next morning. Feet feel rough not smooth...nails uneven.. dissapointing for the price. Also I got the basic mani and pedi, but paid and reserved the Premium which included a mask. Even the young lady up front asked if I was scheduled for basic services, I was a little offended but I figured she was just young and needed to learn how not to judge a customer. I enjoyed the look of the masage area, very inviting.

Lee was so professional. I'll no longer drive to Buckhead location. The one hour session was so relaxing. I felt like a new person.

I booked a Signature massage. The therapist although nice did an OK job. What I noticed is lack of professional attire and grooming on several staff persons. Plus I could hear conversations from back areas among employees. Not sure I would book another massage there.

I received a message this afternoon asking if I ciuld attend my appointment esrluer if not it was ok. Based on that message I thought I was able go keep my appointment as scheduled. When I call they asked if I could be there at 330 instead of 630. I was not able to because I was at the office. I had been looking forward to that appointment all week and it would set the tone for future business. The receptionist gave me no reason for the need to change my appointment on such short notice. Had they offered an explanation and offered a discount then I would have been happy to reschedule. None of that it was we are closing early and can't see you. Humm I don't think I could depend on this company.

I appreciate that the therapist was quiet in the room. The last few massages that I had it seemed as though the therapist filled the room and I was never able to relax. However, I would have liked for her to work through the tightness/knots in my muscles more. She never asked about pressure, either before or during the massage. The massage was relaxing during the process,but I did not get the lasting benefit that I usually hope to obtain.

The workers up front don't seem too happy to be working. Not very friendly. The lady that massaged me was also using her cell phone. I thought that was very unprofessional. My massage for the most part was good. The lady also needed to cut her fingernails because she was scratching and digging into my skin. It wasn't a smooth rub because of the nails.

I enjoy the atmosphere, however, since it's like getting to take a nap during a pedicure, it would be nice if other nail technicians doing manicures were respectful of that and were a little quieter. But the service is wonderful.

My spa therapist Selena was top notch. EXCELLENT Service.I do have a small compaint about noise. I understand that you can not necessarily control clientele, however it was very easy to hear conversations outside of my individual room. It did interrup my spa experience a bit. In the future, it may be nice to request minimal conversation in the hallways.

I had been suffering with lower back pain for months. My doctor assigned physical therapy. Through months of physical therapy, I only got marginally better. I decided to get a pain therapy massage. I felt better instantly. The day after the massage, I felt better than I'd felt in months. I highly recommend the therapists at Natural Body-Snellville-especially Elizabeth.

My massage was great. She did an excellent job focusing on my problem areas. However, I was extremely frustrated due to the appointment that I made on Thursday not being in the system. This was an extreme inconvenience to me because I live in Conyers. The receptionist informed me that I would be able to get a 20% discount for the inconvenience. I told her that this was fine. However when I checked out I was told that my total was $72. It would have been nice to know that the price of the massage increased. I have been paying $80 for a 60 minute massage for 2 years. It is very disappointing of the lack customer service that I experienced. I will be looking into visiting other spas in the future.

I enjoyed my facial service very much. However, having had several facials with Natural Body and with other salons, I didn't feel that the service I got was comparable to the price paid. I appreciate that the products are of a high and natural quality, but my results were no better than facials on which I have spent HALF of the $98 that this one costed. I didn't see any real benefits that would make me return to your location over Spa Sydell or other independent salons. Just wanting to be completely honest.
