The person I went to did not listen to what I wanted. My hair is very curly and I just wanted it trimmed and shaped. She used a razor in the back and razor cut my curly hair leaving it frizzy! I back is way short and not soft at all. After the cut and shampoo she said she had to cut someone else’s hair and gave me the product To put in and said she would meet me up front. I have never had anyone do this .....usually they stay till the very end.

Jess has been cutting my hair for a few years and just began cutting my son's and husband's hair. She is the absolute best. We adore her as a human and a hairdresser. She is an asset to your organization. You are lucky to have her. The reception staff always makes us feel welcome and valued as customers. Five star service all around.

Today I met with Nikki and she was wonderful. Listened to me and colored my hair exactly as I wanted. My hair looks awesome and I scheduled another appointment for a touch up I was so pleased!

Love it but getting too costly. It is more expensive then most places in this area.
