After the hairstylist I'd been going to for DECADES retired, I was stuck in a hit or miss situation with my hair. Make that a total MISS! After the first 2 stylists I saw BUTCHERED my hair I was afraid to try another one. With fingers firmly crossed I decided to take a chance on Cappola-Brokaw. Am I ever glad I found this salon! Lori did a FABULOUS job, and has me looking like myself again! I cannot recommend Lori highly enough! The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and I'm so happy with my hair again!

I’ve been getting my hair done for years with Megan at the salon. I can’t say enough about how wonderful all the staff are to everyone. Everyone wants to make sure the experience is comfortable and happy. And then there’s Megan. She does her magic with my aging and thinning hair and I feel 20 years younger. Her cuts are always fresh and forward. Never old. And she’s a kind and friendly and smart young woman who is always interested in what I have to say. I love her. She’s a special lady.

Honestly I was so nervous, wanted a new look and wasn’t sure but love the results. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, made me feel so comfortable. Love it!

Thanks to my daughter, Michele, I arrived at a wondrous destination full of delightful hair stylists. My daughter is right! She said I would like my stylist, and I sure did. She is attentive to every detail my new style has. I have an appointment in a couple weeks for help with treatment that includes a color adjustment - which I am happily looking forward to do🤗

My experience was AWESOME! I just moved from Maine to CT and had to leave my long time stylist so I was nervous about going to a new salon. As a first time client I was shown around the salon and made comfortable right away. Patty was so kind and caring as she colored, cut and styled my hair. At the end of my appointment Patty made some wonderful recommendations for product...can't wait to return!!

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Lori talked me through different options. In the end I left with exactly what I had been looking for- a cut with style, that was low maintenance but fun! Such a group of professionals and a comfortable environment. I’ll be back!

This is my second visit to the salon. It is welcoming and friendly. I had the most amazing shampoo with a scalp massage. Demi cut my hair with precision and style. She is the sweetest! Highly recommend!
