Kristin is the go to colorist I West Palm Beach. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have my color & blow out every three weeks. There have been appointments in the past & today when my color is done & ready for the blow dry I am told I was booked for a later time. It is also communicated to me that at the time I made my appointment at the front desk is when the scheduling is done with too much time in between. Today it was a wait of 45 minutes. Unfortunately, I missed an event I was invited to. It seems I have check my appointment time more carefully when the booking is done. I love my experience with everyone. My only issue is having to wait 30 minutes or more until I get my blow dry. Please note it is not because Suela is running late. It is because the front desk leaves too much time after my color is completed. Thank you, Edna Galo

I have been going to the salon for years and it is truly great. My stylist is the best and I would not go anywhere else. I do have an issue with the communication. I do not receive an appointment reminder until the day of - which at that point it is impossible to make changes to my schedule and I am charged the 50% cancellation fee. I understand the need for the 24 hour cancellation fee and agree with them, however I am assured a txt is sent the day before, however in the 9 years I have been going to Anushka I have never received one. I have tried to correct this on multiple occasions with no success. I’m sure it’s an IT or system error, however I am the one stuck with the feee. Thank you for hearing my concern.
