Policies: We will auto-draft the credit card currently on file. In the event a monthly payment is declined, the member will be charged a $25 returned payment fee.The original contract will be automatically renewed if we do not receive a 30-day written notice that you would like to opt out of the program. Provide a withdrawal notice in writing and email it to appointments@taylorbrooks.com. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Also, this membership is non-transferable. The original member will be the only person to receive these benefits.
